Returns

All products have the option to be returned, once the customer receives their purchase there is a period of 14 working days to return it.

In order to return the products, it is necessary to contact us by sending an email to rominazatonyl@outlook.com stating the subject RETURN and indicating which product is to be returned, with its corresponding order number. You will be replied with the address where your order should be sent.

The cost of sending the return is borne by the customer, once the order has been received and checking that everything is correct, the money will be reimbursed. Keep in mind that products cannot be returned once used.

In case of defective products, it is necessary to send an email with the photo of the defective product and the money will be refunded or a new shipment totally free, depending on the customer's preference.
